My Property for Holiday Rental or Short Term Let on the Costa del Sol

Up to Six images can be uploaded, the first image will appear in the listings page and on your property for holiday let page along with the other images. The ideal image size is 400px wide and a resolution of 72px.

After you submit your property for short term lets you will be taken to an amend form and then asked to pay 25 Euros via Paypal. No more monies will be requested and your property remains active for 12 months after the day of payment unless you delete the property from the website.

Once the payment has been received your property for holiday let will be live within 24 hours.
This is to allow us to check the entry and images to ensure they display correctly.
After you have paid for your entry you will be taken to a page that allows you to shortcut this period if you are confident of the results.

You will be able to amend your entry after payment has been received.
You will receive all the enquiries about your property for holiday let via email and, if selected, telephone

Seasons and Weekly Rates can be inserted at the Amend Stage and can be updated at any time.
You will be able to specify one or more of the following:
One Low Season
One High Season
Two Medium Seasons
Two User Defined Seasons. E.g. Christmas or a late booking special rate
